This is the best place, my son lost his glasses while kayaking. They worked him in and made him new glasses Just wonderful. The staff is amazing
So happy with my experience at Alabama Family Optometry! I was able to get an appointment quickly and had no wait time before being seen. Dr. Valentini is quick and straightforward, but thorough. During my eye exam, he explained my vision status and eye health, which helped me better understand why I have had issues with contacts in the past. I was able to get a pair of contacts to try and a pair of glasses the same day as my appointment. His staff were super kind and inviting. Seriously can’t say enough good things!
There was no wait, taken straight back to Dr. V . and then they have the best employees. Jamal was great in helping me pick out my frames and making sure I was happy with them. definitely recommend
Y’all! This place is awesome! Noah lost his glasses kayaking yesterday. We showed up here at 10 am today (with an old prescription) to see if they could help us. The man looked at the prescription (a little more than 2 years old, therefore expired) and said “we are going to get him seen today!” We left there at 11:10 after getting an exam and them “making” his new glasses. I was so impressed I made me an appointment for Tuesday.
I had a great experience today at Alabama Family Optometry with Dr. Maurice Valentini and his staff. The exam was very professional and thorough and my glasses were ready within a few hours!! We highly recommend them. They are located on the bypass near Lee Brass.

Super fast, helpful, and friendly short notice appointments and got my glasses in 20 minutes!!! Unbelievable! If you haven't used them I definitely recommend them. I'll never go anywhere else again!

I’ve been trying to get contacts for years now ......long story;, and Dr. Valentini was able to correct my vision with in minutes and I was able to walk out with a pair of contacts on in less than an hour for a very small price!!!!
